I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. CA is all about restriction of freedoms and extorting money from law-biding citizens.

So I moved to Nevada to escape the CA extortion. That’s a whole separate rant. So dig, I arrive in NV. I register and re-title my vehicle here in .. ya know my new home state of … Nevada. The Nevada DMV takes my old plate, old title and old registration. So you think that’s good and you go along your merry way, until ….

YOU GET A RENEWAL NOTICE FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DMV for vehicle registration fees. I guess they are trying to get “their money” anyway they can! Completely absurd. The really ridiculous part is they send the notice to my NEVADA address that they got from the NV DMV when I TURNED IN MY TITLE!!!! WTF-o! So now to send off a certified letter to them stating WTF-o! It just fuels the detest for that hell hole people call CA. The trippy thing is I used to love that place. Southern California still has the best weather on the planet. But the people and the state government have GOTTA go.
